I love the energy, the movement, the magic of city life… but I’ll always have a soft spot for fresh air, open fields, muddy boots, and weddings that feel beautifully tucked away in nature. Luckily, this job lets me dip into both worlds — and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I have a big love for the simple, joy-filled things in life: a proper cup of tea, indie music, countryside walks with my little sidekick Boy Bud (my sprollie), and warm summer evenings that feel like they last forever. I’m also a mum to a wild and wonderfully sassy toddler, and when I’m not behind the camera you’ll usually find me eating chocolate or singing along while my husband plays piano.

I’ll guide you when you need it, but for the most part I’m there quietly documenting everything as it naturally unfolds — the atmosphere, the connection, the energy, and the moments you didn’t even realise were happening. No stiff posing, no awkward vibes… just you, exactly as you are.

I’ve been photographing people in love for over 10 years now, and I can confidently say I’m not your traditional wedding photographer. My style is modern, nostalgic, and full of feeling — the kind of images that capture not just how it looked, but exactly how it felt. If you’re planning a wedding day that’s relaxed, joy-filled and unapologetically you (with zero awkward posing and all the good vibes), then I think we’ll be a very good match.

Not obsessed with being in front of the camera? You’re in very good company. Most of my couples feel exactly the same, which is why my approach is relaxed and gently led. I’ll give you simple direction when it’s helpful (so you’re never wondering what to do), but the real focus is on the in-between moments — the quiet glances, the hands reaching, the laughter that catches you off guard, and all the little details that make the day feel like yours.

We are not posed photo kind of people and loved Ellamae’s portfolio as we didn’t want over posed, over stuffy photos. She was amazing to work with from start to finish. We had a few pre wedding meeting over video chat where she talked about the vibe of or day and what we wanted from her, she gave us her thoughts and ideas. ​
​
Not at any point did we feel under pressure or uncomfortable and we were away from our guests for probably 15 mins for our couple shots. I honestly could not recommend her more, she captured our day so beautifully and in a way that really reflected us and what an amazing day we had!
